Zaf is an amazing coach that pushes individuals to the limit. Training with Zaf has always been worthwhile and meaningful. I first met her at Herlifts. I started to adore how Zaf coaches - with patience and knowledge. I felt comfortable training with her. I decided to take her up as personal trainer and from there, I really grew! Zaf gave me the courage to lift heavy weights while checking my form and safety.
We managed to improve drastically on my muscle imbalances and prepare for competitions efficiently. Zaf organise trainings according to my competition schedule and made sure that I was ready to fight. With Zaf's guidance, I managed to win multiple games including national and international competitions.

Zaf is really a good coach who looks out for me, both as an athlete and as an individual. It was an amazing 3.5 years training intensely with Zaf. Thank you Zaf!

Prior to my miscarriage in Oct 2018, I was always able to run with no issues. However, after I had a miscarriage, I could not run past 3km because I would always want to pee. Even if I kept pushing, I could only push 5km without dying to go to the toilet! Like it was a super uncomfortable 5km! Then I started training with Zaf in Dec 2018. By the end of Feb 2019, I could run smoothly without needing to go to the toilet!

Then I got pregnant in Jan 2020, and it also unfortunately ended in a miscarriage. Now I was fearful of going back to running after the second miscarriage due to fear of having to pee. Surprisingly! I can run with no need to pee! The second miscarriage did not make my pelvic floor weaker, is what I’m trying to say. That’s all thanks to Zaf!
Imagine! After the second pregnancy, my pelvic floor is still strong.

I came to Zaf with a myriad of health issues. Although I tried to keep myself active by swimming and brisk walking, it was not good enough. Strength training was not new to me, but I've never felt like I fit in every time I was in a group class. I had been slow and weak and felt demoralized every time sessions ended.

Zaf was patient with me. My biggest achievement was getting my visceral fat reading from a High to Normal. She used her knowledge of women's wellness to help me understand my body and why I may feel a certain way. As it was an individual class, I could progress at my own pace. No pressure to keep up with others.

I was at my heaviest at 78kg. I came to Zaf at 68kg, motivated to lose weight further. Currently, I am at an ideal weight of 54.5kg. I don't think I will be able to bring my weight below 60kg without her help.

When I signed up for a 3-month training session with my PT Zaf, I thought I couldn't achieve my goal of losing weight. But I did lose 17.5kg! My PT Zaf is amazing. She knew when to push my limit and corrected my posture/form to prevent any injuries.
Besides training, she also advised me on my diet and encouraged me when I felt incompetent. As a result, I'm totally hooked on the gym, and she is a role model to my family and colleagues. Thank you, Zaf, for being my PT and a friend.

I'm so glad I signed up with Zaf! I only joined in August 2023, and I already feel stronger (Dec 2023). I got pregnant with my second child during my time training with Zaf.
She's so patient and experienced in training expecting mothers, I even got useful and interesting trivias about women's health here and there that helped me understand my body more.
In the training session I can feel I'm pushed to meet my fitness goals, but I'm also given the personalization that's adjusted to my physical condition. There's also tips and tricks I learned to stretch and optimize resting days.
I used to think looking thin is the best, but now I appreciate a shapely and strong figure. I look forward to be a strong and fit momma!

After around four weeks, I started to notice I felt better because of the frequency of the sessions (2-3 times a week). When Zaf was there, I was learning, which helped me understand the what and the why of what we were doing. Understanding (the) why helps me execute the exercises better.
