Come to training on time
Respect both our time. No additional time will be given if you are late. Do let your Coach know ahead of time if you will be late. Spare enough time for warm up and cool down on your own.
Make payment on time
Respect that this is an actual business, although your point of contact is to one person, which is your coach. Respect us as how you would with an organization.
Be truthful & transparent
Be as open and truthful as possible with your coach about where you are at in terms of health and fitness. That way, we do not have to wonder why something is a certain way, saving us a lot of time to get our routine going.
Take charge of yourself
Be on top of your fitness routine; once you have committed to X number of training sessions, you make time for it. We do not chase. This is to ensure we get maximum training results for you.​
